About Me.
If you're here, you must be a business owner and need some help with your Human Resources function.

My name is Sophie and I am a 30 something mum to my beautiful son. I live in Warwickshire with my partner and my son, and I set up this business so that I have a better work-life balance and I can spend more time with my son. Isn't that what everyone's after?
​My background is in Hospitality Management. I left hospitality as I realised the hours just weren't for me. I was always a good people manager, so found my calling in HR! I completed my CIPD Level 5 and never looked back. Since getting my CIPD qualification (HR qualification), I have worked in many sectors in HR, including Travel, Automotive, Social Care and Hospitality. ​
Why use me?​
To me, I think it's so important that your HR support understands you and your business. I have used support functions in the past that just didn't understand the business.
So, if you use me, I will get to know your business, I will listen to how your team works, and the issues you are currently experiencing.
Most importantly, I will always try to understand your needs before giving you advice, instead of just rushing in with bog standard advice!​
(Of course, HR does have rules to follow, but you know your team best!)
