I offer a free discovery call – this will be just a no obligation chat, where we will talk about what I can do to help.

 

During this call, we will plan how we will work together.

Ad Hoc hours

 

£35 per hour

 

You can book ad-hoc hours with me, for however long we think you need. We can also use ad-hoc hours for those projects that you need completing, or one-off people management solutions. For example, if you would like an employee handbook written, or if you have a one-off misconduct issue, you can just book me for a couple of hours!

Retainer

 

£300 a month

My most popular package!

 

You can pay me on a retainer basis, which would mean we could work together on all of your projects and ideas for your business, with a guarantee that my time is secured. This package is to secure 10 hours of my time per month.

​

You may want to pay for a retainer for the first few months to get your HR documents and procedures set up, and then go back to Ad-hoc hours.
